DugoutDecals.com – An exciting new startup that creates Custom baseball and team graphics, including decals, banners, pennants, and more.
ZDecals.com – Wraps, decals for the professional bass fishing industry.
WrapWorld.com – Eye-catching, high-impact vehicle wraps for both local and national businesses.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be working across all three brands to create bold, exciting, and performance-driven designs. Your day-to-day will include:
Designing logos, decals, wraps, and branding materials for a wide range of clients. Preparing print-ready artwork for production.
Working with customers to develop concepts that bring their vision to life.
Managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
Adhering to brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries.
Collaborating with our team to refine and improve designs.
Occasionally getting hands-on in the shop—this isn't just a sit-at-your-desk kind of job!
If you love seeing your work come to life in sports, outdoor branding, and vehicle graphics, this is the job for you.
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about baseball, fishing, action sports, or outdoor brands—because you’ll be designing for these industries daily!
Creative & Detail-Oriented – You have an eye for detail and a passion for making designs pop.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CC & Higher) – This is a must!
Strong Communicator – You can confidently explain design concepts and collaborate with customers.
Self-Motivated & Organized – You take ownership of projects and see them through.
Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Tight deadlines? High volume? No problem.
A Team Player – You’re happy to contribute ideas, take feedback, and collaborate.
Take Criticism Constructively – You’ll be pushed to bring out your best.
💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
Experience with Shopify.
Knowledge of vehicle wrap design and large-format printing.

This position is in-house at our facility located at 4616 Elk Ridge Court Flowery Branch, GA. 30542. Make sure to map it so you can see how close you are. We prefer less than a 30 minute drive. If you're remote, in your PJ's on your couch.
Salary will start at $60k
